We hereby declare that the above-mentioned product, for what is supplied, constitutes **partly completed machinery** in the sense of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

The product is **not intended to be placed into service on its own**, and must not be put into service until the final machinery into which it is to be incorporated has been declared in conformity with the provisions of the Machinery Directive.

1. **Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC:** The following essential requirements have been fulfilled: 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.5, 1.1.6, 1.1.7, 1.2.1, 1.2.3, 1.2.4.3, 1.2.4.4, 1.2.5, 1.3.2, 1.3.4, 1.3.6, 1.3.9, 1.4.1, 1.5.2, 1.5.5, 1.5.6, 1.5.8, 1.5.9, 1.5.10, 1.7.1, 1.7.2, 1.7.4, 4.1.2.1, Annex VI.
2. **Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU:** Reference the LVD and the harmonised standards below.

## 5. Technical Documentation

The relevant technical documentation has been compiled in accordance with Annex VII, Part B.

We undertake to transmit, in response to a reasoned request by national authorities, relevant information on the partly completed machinery.
