# Hardware Installation

1. Place the small alignment pins in the holes on the top of the flange.
2. Mount the flange by placing it at the end of the robot arm so the pins line up with the corresponding holes on the robot's mounting surface.
3. Use a 4mm hex key to tighten the flange to the robot arm.
4. Connect the flange to the robot by plugging in the cable with the green connector.

1. Connect the welding torch to the flange.
2. Plug the SmoothTool X cable into the robot's control box via the provided adapter.
