- Place the small alignment pins in the holes on the top of the flange.
- Mount the flange by placing it at the end of the robot arm so the pins line up with the corresponding holes on the robot’s mounting surface.
- Use a 4mm hex key to tighten the flange to the robot arm.
- Connect the flange to the robot by plugging in the cable with the green connector.
- Connect the welding torch to the flange.
- Plug the SmoothTool X cable into the robot’s control box via the provided adapter.
